Monday, 7 January 2019: 2:00 PM-2:30 PM
North 129B (Phoenix Convention Center - West and North Buildings)
Host: Ninth Symposium on Advances in Modeling and Analysis Using Python
Lecturer:
Hannah Aizenman, City College of New York , New York, NY

Come and learn how to communicate your findings using a variety of visualization tools. This is a "show me your stack" tutorial where you will be shown some workflows for data the community may encounter. We will showcase some longstanding tools like Matplotlib. Show examples that use the newer Cartopy package (a "replacement" for Basemap) and show some new and exciting tools like Seaborn and Bokeh.
