On April 14, 2012, 143 tornado reports were collected at the Storm Prediction Center. The highest concentration of tornadoes appears to be in Kansas, and one of the strongest tornadoes of the day tracked from McPherson County through Saline County. This tornado was rated EF4. The author has recorded imagery of this tornado with a high definition camera with a shutter speed of 1/1000 of a second providing an excellent candidate for a photogrammetric analysis of wind speeds from ground level to a height of approximately 1,500-2,000 feet. The results of this photogrammetric analysis shall be presented.
