Evaluate the Coupled Term in Spectrum Width Equation using the Data Observed by WSR-88D

It has been shown that there is a coupled term in Doppler radar spectrum width equation which has been neglected heretofore in the literature. The variance of the coupled term calculated from data observed by WSR-88D excesses 1 m4 s-4. Thus coupled term is significant and cannot be neglected.
