NWS and AMS WeatherFest Outreach Activities 2003

This poster session will depict the on-going collaboration between the local National Weather Service Educational Outreach Program and AMS Education Resource Agents. Participation in the 2003 WeatherFest featured hands-on activities to local students and parents. This poster will highlight these activites and showcase students engaged in complex meteorological concepts and principles in fun and memorable ways. This is yet another collaborative effort between the NWS, AMS, and teacher alumni of the AMS DataStreme Atmosphere and DataStreme WES Programs in the greater Philadelphia region.
