The poster I intend to present will illustrate how my DataStreme WES (Water in the Earth System) participants have been motivated to include WES materials to modify the science curriculum taught in their respective schools. My inspiration comes from the following quote from the course website. "The WES Project expects to develop a long-term working relationship with WES course participants. The goal is to upgrade scientific literacy by motivating teachers and through them, their students, to develop and nurture active interests in science, mathematics, and technology. A handout of these activities and projects will be made available.
