Livingstone College is a private liberal arts HBCU in Salisbury, NC. The current enrollment is approximately 900 students and the college offers degrees of math, math education, biology, chemistry and dual degrees in engineering in cooperation with NC A&T State University in the School of Math and Science.

Livingstone College On-Line Weather Course is being conducted through a class in continuing education. The enrollment is twenty-five students. All students are non-traditional students in that they work during the week and their class is conducted on Saturday from 1pm - 5pm.

Their course work comes from the archives section of the program due to the fact that it is a five-week course. Students are required to work in teams of three to look and work through each chapter within the five-week period. They will have each week for the five weeks to do the current lessons that are put on-line each Monday.
