Under the World Meteorological Organization, the THORPEX Pacific Asian Regional Campaign (T-PARC) has been performed in August and early October 2008. The objectives of the T-PARC are associated with the predictability issues in high impact weather events. By using targeted observations near tropical cyclones, we hope that we can reduce the forecast errors or increase predictability near tropical cyclones. At the conference we would like to show the example we have got during the experiments.
