Direct Readout – A Transformation from Research to Operations

The International Polar Orbiter Processing Package (IPOPP) is a software package that is indispensible to the Direct Broadcast (DB) user community throughout the transition from Earth Observing System (EOS) to NPOESS. IPOPP is the principal processing package that will enable the DB community to process, visualize, and evaluate environmental data from the EOS satellites, NPOESS Preparatory Project (NPP) Satellite, and NPOESS satellites in a single multi-mission framework. IPOPP transforms research to operations.
