We developed a web site to examine the performance of the global forecasts (deterministic and ensemble) for tropical cyclone (TC) from several operational centers over the western North Pacific. The scripts in this site are mainly written by Python, which is the useful script language to manupulate XML files and to manage the files routinely.

The site is aimed to support operational TC forecast guidance over the region and also to evaluate these forecast capabilities, especially ensemble forecasts, in the World Weather Research Program under the World Meteorological Organization.

The site utilizes the analysis, deterministic and ensemble forecast data, written by the Cyclone XML (CXML) format under the THORPEX Interactive Grand Global Ensemble (TIGGE, http://tigge.ecmwf.int/) program. The site displays the best track and forecast TC track and the strike probability.
