The NOAA Climate Prediction Center has generated a cohesive data set of ozone volume mixing ratios at various pressure levels from the SBUV and SBUV/2 Version 8 data records from the NASA Nimbus-7 and NOAA POES satellites from 1979 to present. A short introduction as to the methodology utilized to bias adjust and otherwise modify each SBUV and SBUV/2 data record will be presented. The climatology, anomalies, and trends at key levels and latitudes will be presented as will comparisons of this data set with other ozone profile data sets.
