Activities to prepare the User Communities for NPP data products

The Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) Program will launch the NPOESS Preparatory Project (NPP), a risk reduction and data continuity mission, prior to the first operational JPSS launch. With that launch, many new data products will be available to the research and operational user communities. In order to prepare these users for these new, and in many cases improved, data products, several activities are in place to put sample NPP data products into the users' hands pre-launch. This presentation will highlight these preparation activities.
