This paper describes how scientific information can be communicated to a wider audience by presenting the information in videos made for YouTube. Official presentation of NOAA scientific information is made possible by the acquisition of NOAA YouTube Channels. Topical information that has been presented on PMEL's YouTube Channel includes tsunami forecasting information, information about oceanographic buoys, El Nino, Arctic Sea Ice, and more.
