The operational NOAA meteorology satellite system for the next ten years is composed of NPP/JPSS polar satellite system and GOES-R geostationary Earth-observing systems. Integration of GEO-LEO aim to combine the physical information from the high quality high spectral resolution polar observation with high spatial and time resolution GEO satellite observation/product to is highly required for integrated GEO-LEO weather monitoring system, combination retrieval and GEO-LEO instrument inter-calibration. A physical based collocation algorithms is developed in IOSPPT/STAR/NESDIS NOAA to support the GEO-LEO satellite observation integration for the next generation meteorology satellite observation system. The algorithms will applied in the future for CrIS/ABI, ATMS/ABI and other observation integration processing. In this paper, the detail algorithms for collocation are descried and some collocation result for are presented.
