Extreme Weather Events in the National Weather Service Brownsville County Warning Area Part II: Hurricanes, Flooding, and Extreme Heat

A historical weather perspective and climate review of Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley will be presented. Extreme and rare weather events, combined with unusual records, will show the diversity of seasonal weather events which occur throughout the area serviced by the National Weather Service in Brownsville.
