The growth in the use of Python in scientific research has increased dramatically over the past five years; however, some researchers have not yet been able to make the transition despite their desire to make the change. This is an interactive poster to discuss potential issues you have or anticipate having trying to use python for your research or operational processes. The authors are particularly interested in determining what hurdles lie in the way of adopting python with particular emphasis on what is missing, whether particular functionality or online help documents to aid in the transition.
