This presentation highlights the recent Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS) training activities being carried out and planned nationally through the Virtual Institute for Satellite Integrated Training (VISIT) program, the Satellite Hydrology and Meteorology (SHyMet) program and a new dedicated Liaison. It will also touch on activities being carried out internationally through the World Meteorological Organization Virtual Laboratory for Training and Education (WMO VLab). Are you a newbie, basic, advanced, or experienced user of the current Suomi National Polar-orbiting Partnership (SNPP) satellite imagery and products? Are you familiar with the expanded suite of imagery and products that are currently available or will be available with this next generation of satellites? Do you know where to find information or what to search for to get information from the web? Come see and hear what resources are available to access, use, and interpret data and products. Constructive and supportive feedback is also welcome!
