The National Research Council of the US National Academy of Sciences has issued a “Report on Critical Issues in Weather Modification”. The present paper will describe and substantiate some of its flaws. Particular attention will be given to the assessment criteria and the lack of proper treatment of weather modification-related statistics with its recent exciting advances.
