Continued progress in the development of the WSR-88D OPUP

The National Severe Storms Laboratory (NSSL)and the Operational Support Facility (OSF) are teaming together to develop an Open Systems Principle User Processor (OPUP)for the Department of Defense. This paper will provide information on the OPUP system and also progress to date.
