Impact of the Atlantic SST Anomalies on Russian Winter Snow Accumulation

The Russian winter snow accumulation is found to be associated with Atlantic SST anomaly at two modes: quasi-decadal time scale of around 11.8 years and inter-decadal time scale of about 20 years and longer.
