The regional climate variations over East Asia in the recent (1988 ~ 1990) and the future (2088 ~ 2090) have been researched by the IS92a senario that CO_2 grows 1% per one year. The IS92a senario results simulated by a coupled atmosphere and ocean general circulation model with about 2.8 x 2.8 degrees grids have been downscaled by the Regional Climate System Model with 60 x 60 km horizontal grids. It is shown that comparing with the results of the global precipitation climateorological project, the downscaled precipitation is better than the global model result in the recent 3 years.
