Abstract
We propose an important algorithm to produce samples of a stationary distribution. First, we get an effective potential which corresponds to the stationary distribution; second, we use second-order stochastic algorithm to simulating Langevin equation and thus obtain trajectories of particle at a given time. By using these data, we can calculate the averages of dynamical variables. Application to a climate system is performed.
