This work is aimed at developing a spatial decision support system that can be accessible through internet by implementing ArcGIS applications and tools for various stakeholders such as emergency management agencies, public safety officials, and the general public. The spatial decision support system will integrated database management system that provides users Social Vulnerability Index for tornadoes, the combination of tornado hazards and social vulnerability index, analysis of county-based tornado days, and web server housing the database accessible by anyone with an internet connection. The hosted data will provide decision makers and stakeholders the needed information to make constructive choices on tornado risk for the state of Mississippi.
