Understanding and Simulation of the Stratospheric Circulation

Theoretical, modeling, and observational studies improved our understanding and simulation of the stratospheric circulation. Here, some important features in the stratosphere are discussed: the Brewer-Dobson circulation, the Quasi-Biennial oscillation, and the stratospheric transport.
