In this study, we evaluate subseasonal to seasonal forecast skill of North American precipitation and surface air temperature with the North American Multi-Model Ensemble (NMME) dataset, and investigate how North American precipitation and surface air temperature are modulated by various phenomena occurring on subseasonal to seasonal time scales.
