Passing Knowledge of Meteorology from Generation to Generation

Bob Ryans was my mentor. He took me in as an intern in 1990. Through his internship and also my internship at AccuWeather, I was passed along tips and tricks that helped me to build upon what I learned to modern technology. I treasure this experience and have passed along what I have learned to over 50 interns in my carreer. I find this "paying it forward" very important in this challenging field.

The purpose of this is to thank Bob and my mentors while encouraging others to do so too.
