Comparison of MS-TID detection over Texas via GNSS and Optical Observations

We describe medium-scale TID detection methods using GNSS ground observations and optical all-sky imaging. We extract Hooke TID parameters from observations of both types taken concurrently over several weeks in central Texas, and we compare results. In general we find good agreement within known errors.
