Exhibit Hall 3 (ACC) (Austin, Texas)
We discuss observations of high and low frequency timing stations made by receivers in Austin, TX during the 2017 Great American Solar Eclipse. Measurements at HF were taken using Ettus radios, while low frequency measurements of WWVB were taken using the EclipseMob hardware kit. Our results show the effect of the solar eclipse on ionospheric radio wave propagation for these links.
