Exhibit Hall 3 (ACC) (Austin, Texas)
We present a method for determining medium-scale Hooke TID parameters from observational GNSS phase and/or TEC data, including TID amplitude and phase at a reference location. We validate the algorithm using simulated GNSS data, and present an analysis of geometric effects as a source of error in TID phase and amplitude. We comment on the applicability to government needs in space weather.
